PLANNING & PRODUCTION
We'll be your creative director, stylist, budget and logistical expert, supplier curator, administrator, troubleshooter, and event producer. We'll be your personal advocator and confidante, guiding you through the planning process and offering support and encouragement every step of the way.
From coordinating and attending supplier meetings, offering menu recommendations, attending cake tastings, proof-reading stationery, assembling invitations, sourcing welcome gifts and favours, finding the perfect entertainment, orchestrating the rehearsal, coordinating transport, block booking hotel rooms, creating detailed timelines and managing supplier relationships...and everything in between!
DESIGN & STYLING
The design is our favourite part, it's where the magic happens! Our design process is what really sets our weddings apart. We wholeheartedly believe that your wedding day should be designed as an authentic and meaningful expression that best represents who you are as a couple.
Our goal isn’t just to create a perfectly planned wedding, but to forge a celebration that exudes love, warmth and joy. We’ll work closely with you and through creative brainstorming we’ll pin point an original source of inspiration. Exploring your personalities, priorities, likes and dislikes, we’ll identify key adjectives to describe the overall experience and allow a concept to evolve organically rather than being influenced by the latest trends or by duplicating previous weddings found in magazines.
Through custom design boards we begin to shape the mood, tone and colour palette and establish a blue print which will guide the creative direction and maintain the focus to ensure your story is told cohesively from start to finish. Your design concept should also complement your venue and the natural surroundings, each visual element will be carefully considered to instill the design with intentional details that not only resonate with who you are but also harmoniously marries the location and your story together.
We'll hand-pick and manage your perfect creative team who align with your needs and vision; including photography, videography, florals, furniture and decor, lighting and draping, speciality linens, servingware, calligrapher and graphic designer, cake maker, attire and any other design related supplier.
We’ll manage all prior vendor and venue communications, review your wedding day timings and create a detailed event production schedule that will be distributed to your full team and bridal party.
On your wedding day we'll orchestrate the design, set up, and logistics to ensure your celebration is flawlessly executed and visually beautiful. Throughout the day we'll direct all vendors and manage key timings, provide a calming voice and quickly problem solve any last minute emergencies.
We want your mind to wander freely and soak in the entire experience with your nearest and dearest on Your Wedding Day, without having to worry about taking care of back-end details.
BOOKING & INVESTMENT
Every wedding is different and our full service offering varies depending on the needs of each couple. We offer a complimentary consultation so we can get to know each other and figure out how we can best serve you based on your needs, vision and how far along in the planning process. Full service planning, design and coordination is tailored to each couple's needs with a minimum investment of £6,000. Event Coordination starts from £1,750.
We welcome all aesthetics and work with different budget types and guest list sizes. We have experience working in many types of venues, but we especially love transforming blank canvas spaces, tents and private residences.
So we can focus on nurturing relationships and serving each of our couples with the time, love and attention they deserve, we only accept 5-10 contracts per year.
